Scott is the founder and senior pastor at The House of Prayer (HOP). Prior to his current role at the HOP, Scott served for over twenty years in youth ministry, worship leading and associate pastor capacities. He also has extensive experience in sales and marketing having served in leadership and consulting in the appliance industry for over 25 years. He has a passion to raise up a generation who love God whole-heartedly and are radically devoted to Jesus in living a "sermon on the mount" lifestyle. Scott longs to see this generation equipped in truth and "fathered" into their destinies as a righteous generation without spot or wrinkle, mature and prepared for the second coming of Jesus. He and his wife Kelly have been married over 42 years and have two children and 6 grandchildren.

Greg has been a part of HOP since 2005. Greg has a heart to see men, their families, and all people come to a place of healing, deliverance and wholeness: living from the heart Jesus gave them. He is passionate to help people grow in spiritual and emotional maturity, bringing Jesus to heal and deliver them. He believes all people need a loving community to belong to so they can grow in love and service for one another, and to live daily in a place of joy that comes from deep intimacy with Jesus. Greg, prior to being a part of the HOP, has served the body of Christ as Elder, Men's and Small Group Leader/Coordinator, and Counselor in the areas of marriage and trauma recovery. Greg and his wife, Mary, have been married for over 47 years with 4 children and 11 grandchildren.
